Our Training Methodology:  


Working as partners in progress with our clients is an important distinction that sets us apart.

Our capability in our course design allows for custom-designed programs to suit specific training needs. Courses are individually conceived after a thorough analysis of the needs of the customers as well as the enterprise.

We use the Experiential method of training. This means that while we give inputs on the concepts, we actually enable participants to experience the situations themselves so that learning is quick and workable.

We do this by:

Using simulated business situations, case studies and management best practices to build knowledge.

Using role-plays, management exercises, stand up presentations, debates and quizzes to build skills.

Using 80% practical exercises and 20% lectures to make learning fun.

We use tools to evaluate participants and give feedback continuously during the program using written and oral quizzes, management games and activities.
